Ongoing training and qualification programmes are an important part of HARDTOP’s company philosophy and are aimed at developing, adapting and expanding professional knowledge. This way the qualitative development of all company areas can be ensured in order to be able to face competition.

This includes

  • employee training in seminars and workshops (in-house-training),
  • training-on-the-job for foundry workers (e.g. regarding quality assurance) and
  • training at the customer’s premises regarding the application potential of HARDTOP® products

as well as

  • training courses at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (e.g. on import and export issues) and
  • health and safety training.

This continuing training process is essential for our company.
